Frequently Asked Questions

Most airlines do not provide complimentary meals onboard and charge an additional fee for in-flight meals. During booking, you can request an in-flight meal, which is sent directly to the airline. All passengers must place this request at least 24 hours before the flight departure time. One World Travels does not guarantee meal provision, as it is at the airline's discretion.

Airfares are dynamic and updated every minute based on demand and availability. The time taken to search and book a flight may result in the inventory or specific seats selling out. In such cases, the flight vendor may offer different inventory or seats at a higher price. As a travel agency, we strive to monitor and update fares to keep them current.

Airfares on One World Travels.com are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is completed and tickets are issued. In case of a technical glitch where the displayed fare is not updated, we will contact you within three business days to inform you of the new fare. You may accept, deny, or cancel the booking with a full refund. For more details, review our terms and conditions regarding fare details and cancellation policies.

After issuance, changes to the ticket are not permitted. You must verify all ticket details before completing the booking. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is accurate. Please confirm with our agent during reservation to avoid errors.

Under the U.S. Department of Transportation's Airline Passenger Protection rules, One World Travels ensures that advertised fares and baggage fees include all applicable taxes as mandated by the U.S. government.

If changes are required to your airline ticket, an additional fee is charged. If our agents assist with the changes, it is considered a new booking, and payment is required. For more details, please refer to our Taxes & Fees section.

Our agents will inform you during booking if a printed ticket is required. If this requirement changes, we will notify you within 24 hours of booking. However, we strongly recommend carrying a printed ticket if your reservation involves multiple airlines.

One World Travels advises you to contact the airline directly 72 hours before departure to confirm your reservation. This step is mandatory for both outbound and return flights.

One World Travels, like other travel agencies, does not allow adding new passengers to an existing booking. A new booking must be made for the additional passenger. Note that One World Travels cannot guarantee the new booking will match the original fare or flight availability.

According to baggage agreements, if a flight is changed, the airline is responsible for handling check-in baggage at all airports. If the agreement does not include this provision, you must verify with baggage claim and ensure your luggage is checked through to your destination.

Document requirements vary based on factors like departure city, arrival city, and passport nationality. One World Travels advises contacting the airline to confirm the required documents and ensure the information is up-to-date. We are not responsible if you lack sufficient documents at the airport, resulting in denied boarding.
